Chuckleberry Jam - New Autumn 2020
Chuckleberry Jam will bring joy to your toast, incredible on Brooke'svanilla ice-cream, marvelous in a Victoria Spnge and incredible in a gin cocktail too. Made from whole fruit chuckleberies, they really are a thing - invented by a Welshman and a mix of gooseberry, redcurrants and a jostaberry -like a blackcurrants on speed. They are tart and unctuous and bring a smile to our faces.
Ingredients: Chuckleberries and sugar . Prepared with 56g of fruit per 100g of finished product. Total sugar content 62g per 100g.
