We are beyond delighted to bring Chef Liam Penn to Duckling Barn for a truly unique interactive lunch.
Liam Penn is a truly brilliant Michelin trained plant-based chef, creating incredible edible story telling. He worked with Heston Blumenthal at the 3 Michelin star restaurant ‘The Fat Duck’; celebrity chef Simon Rogan at the now 3 Michelin star restaurant ‘L’enclume’ and Andrew Dargue at the highly acclaimed vegetarian restaurant ‘Vanilla Black’ in London.
He'll take us on a journey, creating and cooking culinary magic as he shares his skills, his knowledge and stories!
Timings - 10:30am to 4pm ish. We'll provide aprons and soft drinks. You are welcome to bring your own wine, Liam will suggest carefully curated wines to match the menu.
