Our Blissfully Blackcurrant Sirop is like grown up Ribena (other brands are available) and we're delighted to announce that we have got through to the final of this year's delicious.Magazine #ProduceAwards. The regional judging took place at Abergavenny Food Festival and the lovely Valentina Harris had this to say...."I am still smitten by the perfection of The Preservation Society’s Blissfully Blackcurrant Sirop – the poshest Ribena you’ll ever sip."

Our friend Andy Stoneley from The Whitebrook has created an incredible recipe with our sirop, see the postcard below.

It's also great with salads and ice cream too.

Ingredients: Blackcurrants (42%), local Three Saints cider vinegar & sugar, the fruit is steeped for a week before hand pressing, cooking & bottling.

Allergen Advice: All of our delicious products are produced in a kitchen where we use nuts and mustards.

Available in 100ml & 250ml bottles.
